Single Sign-On Launches

Connected apps should use SPMT as the session source. Apps marked adapter-needed still need their local callback wired to consume this token.

Create an app-bound key

The key can identify the account, read/submit apps, and publish events only for the app ID entered here.

Review submissions remain private. Approved submissions automatically become installable app-list entries.

Owner review queue

Approval promotes the submitted metadata into the public app list immediately. Rejection sends the review note back to the developer.
